Operation

Our project leadership is composed of managing director, operation director, commercial manger, contracts manager, technical manager, project managers, construction managers, construction supervisors, safety, health and environmental officers, QA/QC engineers and supervisors, quantity surveyors, planners/schedulers, site-procurement, cost-control, project-reporting, and project administration personnel.

Our blue collar employee resources include direct-hire, multi-skilled workers with some of specialist scopes of work requiring selective subcontractors respecting Bilfinger values.

Our Head Office departments provide supports for the operations with estimation, procurement, commercial, accounting and human resources.
